Trump Asks Elon If He Can Come Up With A Way To Supply 1.21 Gigawatts Of Power To A DeLorean

WASHINGTON, D.C. — According to sources, President Donald Trump broached the subject of scientific collaboration this week with Tesla Founder and CEO Elon Musk, asking if he could come up with a way to supply precisely 1.21 gigawatts of power to a DeLorean.

Trump and Musk recently patched things up following a months-long public feud, and though their communication hasn’t yet returned to the same level as when Musk was out in D.C. as head of DOGE, this didn’t stop Trump from exploring the concept of time travel with his on-again, off-again best friend.

“Yeah, I saw it in a movie once. Great movie. They made three of them,” Trump said on a phone call with Elon Musk. “Especially the second movie. It was based on me. A mean, nasty version of me, but I’ll take it.”

According to official White House transcripts, Elon Musk replied, “It’s 4 in the morning.”

But Trump was adamant. “Look, can you help me or not? I’ll remove some tariffs if you want.”

Musk reportedly obliged, telling the president, “I guess.”

Details of the project are currently being kept under wraps, but experts speculate that supplying 1.21 gigawatts to a DeLorean will either make time travel possible or damage the vehicle beyond repair, a risk Trump is willing to take.

At publishing time, President Trump said he canceled the project after a very handsome man who looked just like him and claiming to be from the future, told him it was a very bad idea. “Never juice a DeLorean, me boy,” the mysterious figure allegedly said.
